This group is  located at  Wahgunyah  and  is  in the  process of exploring the  possibility  of building a two foot gauge railway to  the Rutherglen Beach.  In  addition it wishes to  preserve the continuing broad gauge line  from  a truncated Rutherglen station yard  to be the basis of an interurban- tourist operation  down to the end of the  present  GTA/SBE licensed use  at Black Dog Creek (Lilliput). Eventually, the plan is to re-open the line back to Springhurst and to rebuild the track to standard gauge. The Association originally held the licence for this bottom section from Freight Australia, however, did not renew the licensed use after the line's return to the government.

The group is operated by the GreenTRail Associates Group Inc., as a Community and Tourist Railway initiative. The group also has interests in Biodiversity and Natural Conservation practice.
