At the conclusion of this
seminar you will be able to:

Describe the key requirements and transitional timelines of the Rail
Safety Act and regulations

Identify and locate relevant reference and guidance resources available
for efficiently revising/updating your SMS

Appropriately use the RSRP SMS Guidance for T&H to efficiently
revise/update your SMS

Plan for the introduction of revisions to the ATR Rulebook and
examination regime
-
Appropriately schedule updates to your SMS and consequent re-training of
workers over the next 2-3 years.

Ensure that your
organisation will not loose rail safety accreditation in 2009 through failure to
implement necessary changes.
