between the two towns on every Wednesday ,
Saturday Sunday and Public HolidaysPlease
Note that the recent fire to the
station building at Maldon has not affected the
operations of this railway and
trains are running as normal.

Although all trains
originate from Maldon, which is approx. 140km North West of
Melbourne, these may be joined at either
Castlemaine or Maldon

| From Melbourne - Take the Calder Highway (A79) to Elphinstone, then the Pyrenees Highway (B180) through
to Castlemaine All trains leave
Castlemaine from the V/Line
Station.
To drive to
Maldon follow the signs (C282) from
Castlemaine to Maldon. At Maldon take the Bendigo Road (C283), you will find the Railway Station just north of the main town area.
